These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of digital products and online services from Deeper Sleep Hypnosis, operated by Jason Demant (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing any product or booking any service via this website, you agree to these Terms.

Deeper Sleep Hypnosis is operated by Jason Demant, a UK-based clinical hypnotherapist and sleep coach.
All services are provided online unless otherwise stated.
2. Digital Products
Digital products include, but are not limited to:
- Sleep hypnosis audio downloads
- The 7-Day Sleep Reset Programme
- Guided workbooks and resources
- Bonus audio content
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the product.
You may not:
- Share
- Distribute
- Upload
- Resell
- Modify for redistribution
All intellectual property remains the property of Deeper Sleep Hypnosis.
3. Delivery of Digital Content
Digital products are delivered electronically via download link or email.
It is your responsibility to:
- Provide a valid email address
- Ensure your device supports audio playback
We are not responsible for technical issues arising from user devices.
4. Statutory Cooling-Off Period
Under UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase.
However:
By purchasing digital content and ticking the consent box at checkout, you:
- Request immediate access
- Acknowledge that delivery begins immediately
- Agree that you lose your 14-day cancellation rights once access is granted
5. One-to-One Online Sessions
Online sessions are conducted via secure video platform.
Payment must be made in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
- Minimum 48 hours’ notice required
- Late cancellations or non-attendance may not be refunded
Sessions are provided as professional coaching and hypnotherapy services, not medical treatment.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not provided once access has been granted.

For session cancellations, refunds are governed by the cancellation policy in Section 5.
7. Results & Outcomes
No specific results are guaranteed.
Hypnosis and coaching outcomes vary depending on individual circumstances, engagement and external factors.

8. Medical & Professional Disclaimer
All products, sessions, podcast content, and materials are provided for educational and relaxation purposes only.
They are not:

- A substitute for professional healthcare

- Severe depression

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deeper Sleep Hypnosis shall not be liable for:

- Emotional distress arising from misuse of materials
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

All website content, audio recordings, branding, and materials remain the intellectual property of Deeper Sleep Hypnosis.
